No doubt,the world is where it is today because of governance!The office of a leader is an exalted one because the affairs of humanity are tied to it's operations.It's really dangerous for the wrong person to be in governance,it will definitely unleash doom on the territory where his office covers.Truly,no land can do more than the concept of her leaders;no nation has ever grown beyond the vision,ideas and mindset of her leaders.Leaders are solution-providers not just office opportunists!The thirst for good governance is a genuine thirst because it leads to peace and progress!Leaders are pacesetters not 'pay'-'getters'.Good governance is the greatest thing that can happen to any city,state,country and institution.There are people who have built legacies by virtue of their desire for people's well being..Nelson Mandela and Martin Luther king are unforgettable figures to the black race because they proved points that has become reference points to the younger generation.Leadership is generational in nature :every leader has a mandate to preserve and promote lives.

FEAR GOD1 kings3:3-Leaders who don't regard God will easily disregard the people they are leading.If you don't fear God, you can't value lives .Whoever is in power must understand that there is One who enthrones and dethrones-God!Leaders are therefore accountable to God and the people.Good governance is borne out of the Fear of God!
VALUE LIVES 1kings3:8-Leadership is for the people not just for the buildings .Sitting in the office without tangible results makes you a novice!People are the main target of good governance.A nation can only become a good place for development when the educational structure is sound and strong! To improve lives ,a leader must positively invest n the minds of his people!

WISE N UNDERSTANDING HEART 1kings3:12-we all know that the world follows a leadership trend and that is why the decisions of past leaders has either produced blessings or invoked plagues on their people!Doing a thing doesn't make it right:it's doing the right thing that makes it right.You must have a clear understanding of the future and also possess a tangible happenings of the present to enhance your decision making!A leader that has no vision has already stagnated his people's desire for progress......
